Hi dear a homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you a permanent cure naturally The medicines should be selected after a full individualizing examination and case history only ,the medicines selection in Homeopathy is not based on disease name but over symptomatology of individual patient You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects Medicines will reach you via courier

thyroidinum 6x, 3 tabs in morning and 3 tabs at night works better. But along with this, you need a Homeopathic medicine for your constitution and immune system which brings back your hormones to normal range.
Next Steps
Please consult a homeopath for your constitutional medicine.
