Dosage Time
Hi My Mother who is into her 50s has started taking multivitamin, multi minerals, antioxidants and ginseng capsules (all components are there in one capsule), as of now she has it immediately before she goes to bed but i thought of having an expert opinion and wanted to ask that is the dosage time correct or should it be changed so that medicine shows greater impact. Awaiting your valuable inputs.

In first place......multi vitamin is not mandatory. .. Treat it as nutritional supplements and not medicine. ..... Can be taken any time of the day either before food or after food......

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's a nutritional supplement. As such it can be taken any time of a day but better to do it after food. Once a day is usually enough. Also, it would be good if ask her to take foods which are rink in all these. Natural is always better. Lots of greens, vegetables and a cup of green tea could also help. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
