Dosage of paracetamol

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I wrongly gave 5 ml of paracetamol instead of 2.5 ml. Please advise. What i have to do now...is there anything thatt vil happen to my baby he s 2.4 yrs old

Not usually. Better if you had written weight of the child and the medicine (ie 250mg or 120mg syrup) so I could have wrote down correct dosages for the child.
