Reduce ghee, butter, oil, cheese, take fat free milk. Do regular workout, if that is an issue, just walk for 40 mins a day. During the lockdown period, you may just do light exercise at home. There is no need of Liv52. It is widely prescribed just like that. You will get fine without any medication.
