Hello Doctor, i suffer from RLS and is on medication - pramipexole .25mg which does helps , i wanted to know can this medicine be used on need basis instead of taking it daily ?, i fear augmentation in long run. My symptoms are not so severe as of yet

Usually it is to be taken daily. If it is helpful when you take it on need basis also , then try that. You can try Gabapentin also.
