Hello Doctor, i have been prescribed pramipexole tab for RLS, i came to know that its primarily used for Parkinson's disease so i am skeptical to whether this medicine can cause symptoms of Parkinson's in normal person and in those who don't have it ?? Is it safe?

It is drug of choice for RLS.
It will not cause parkinsons disease.
