Done TVultrasound & pipelle biopsy
Diagnosed as endometriod adenocarcinoma grade 2...staging not done as yet ...tumor shows focal muscinous differentiation as well as tiny focus of clear cell changes...pls comment

Carcinoma endometrium is one of cancer seen in perimenopausal women which has to be treated with surgery and radiotherapy with maybe chemotherapy.
