Don’t cure bad smell
I feel bad smell in my nose and people around me are aware of the smell. They said “Stinky”. The symptom has happened from about 5 years. After I underwent gastroscopy, I felt bad smell. I went to the department of otorhinolaryngology and doctor said “sinus inflammation”. I took antibiotics for 2 weeks but the smell didn’t disappear. I took antibiotics more for 3 months and I went to another hospital more than 5, finally, I underwent otolaryngological surgery 3 years ago but my bidy didn’t well.

Foul smell from the nose can occur because of conditions of nose such as atrophic rhinitis, fungal sinusitis, rhinolith etc. Since you have already undergone surgery it is unlikely to be last two. Atrophic rhinitis is difficult condition to treat and require long term nasal cleaning
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
