It decreses stomach empaty time. Can be used in infants who vomit frequently milk after feeds. Can be given in proper dosage if required. Always Do burping after feeding infant.

For.babies who are vomiting entire milk or significant part of milk after feeding require domstal. Yes it can be used in proper dosages.
