Dominant follicle
What does dominant follicle measuring 27mm in left ovary means? It was found on ultrasound on 14th june(my last periods was on 7th june). What does it mean? Does it have something to do with pregnancy?

No , dominant follicle means , follicle is ready to release the egg . Usually many follicle mature during Menstrual cycle but only one becomes dominant to release the ovum(?egg) . This is the highly fertile period . Egg lasts for 2-3 days in the uterus .
