Yesterday one of the stray dogs scratches my leg due to which that part of my leg got red.. Please advise

Wash it with it with soap and water.suggested to go for ARV and TT.
Next Steps
Go to near by hospital and just adviced to take a ARV for 5 dose at 0,3,7,21, days accordingly.And one shot of TT.
