Dog Bite Vaccination
A Street dog has bit me on my leg - The bite was small., I have taken Rabipur Injection on day 1, day 5, and day 12., i am still worried whether i would get Rabies., please suggest a solution so that i would be 100% sure that i wouldn't effect me any more in future.,

The usual dosage schedule for Rabipur is 5 doses on days 0, 3, 7, 14 & 21. 0 is the day of bite. There is some variation in your case but complete 5 doses. To ensure that adequate neutralising antibodies have developed, you can do the RFFIT test a week after completing the schedule and, if needed, take additional doses. If you have scrubbed and washed the wound immediately with soap and water, it is highly unlikely for Rabies to occur regardless of any vaccination.
