Does Vaseline lotion have carcinogens?

Hello , I have been using  Vaseline Healthy White SPF 24 (UVA, UVB protection PA++) lotion for the past 6 years and I would like to continue using this. I recently read an article that explains the harmful chemicals present in sunscreen lotions & moisturizers that leads to many serious health issues like skin cancer, breast cancer, hormone imbalance, endocrine system disruption and lot more. I wanted to know if there are any harmful chemicals in Vaseline Healthy White SPF 24 (UVA, UVB protection PA++) lotion that cause any of the above mentioned health issues.  What are the known health issues that come from prolonged usage of the chemical ingredients in this lotion ? Does the prolonged usage of this lotion increase risk of any type of cancer or hormonal issues?  What is the safe dosage of this lotion that is prescribed for everyday use ?  Attached below is a pic of the ingredients in the lotion
