Doctor my 8 yrs old cousin eat good food which was fallen on our house group can rabies spread from eating food which was fallen on ground because a unknown stray cat comes at our house sometimes

No it won't spread like this. But this child can get recurrent gut infection by doiny so. Better to teach child to avoid this habbit.
