Does PCV vaccine should be of same brand
We have given Prevenar 13 brand PCV vaccine for 6 weeks baby girl in private hospital. As government gives PCV only at 6 and 14 weeks, we haven't given PCV at 10 weeks.
Can we give next PCV dose(14 weeks) in government hospital. Please help me if PCV vaccine should be of same brand.

Yes compulsory of same brand.
Pcv13 is only one. Prevenar 13 regimen is 6, 10, 14 weeks and 1.5 year.
This schedule is followed in majority of the countries.
Government has introduce Pneumosil (pcv 10) containing different contents. Cannot be used as replacement.
Also the govt schedule of 3 dose is not followed in any other country except India
