Does my food affect my breast milk?
Does the food I eat alter the quality of my milk? Will my child get gas or acidity or change in colour of poop, if I eat foods that cause gas or acid? And if I eat a pantocid or any medicine for gas, will my child benefit from it because I'm breastfeeding her?

Sometimes certain foods may cause some problem in the baby but if your baby is growing fine and not having any Colic or such like problems , don’t avoid anything in your diet . Just ensure that you consume adequate amount of protein in the diet which can be in the form of milk and eggs so that adequate quality of milk is produced . There is absolutely no need of taking excessive fats like ghee , butter etc
