Is cholesterol lowering medicines is not good when it taking life long. Do they have side effects ?? Thanks

Every medicine has some side effects. The point is if you are requiring medicines for your cholesterol then you should continue. If you stop medicines due to gear of side effects, high cholesterol will affect your body much more that minor side effect of the medicines. In short, focus on beneficial effects of the medicines rather than side effects. To know whether you really need cholesterol medicines or not, I need your details.
