I have ear infection. I am 9 month pregnant and my doctor prescribed gudcef 200 and meftal 250 Dt. but in your website it is mentioned that these tablets should not consume during third trimester. she gave me for 2 days.. is it safe?

Prescribed antibiotics can be safely taken during pregnancy but analgesic use should be restricted to safe analgesics such as paracetamol unless pain is severe and unbearable. If the infection can be treated with drops then ear drops can be used
