Doctor i have heart pain

Sir/ madam i have a heart pain from 1week and i have gastric. And in heart it is paining lot . And i dont have bp or sugar it is normal stage. And i will not be able to sleep properly at mid night i will awake up. So for sleeping and for heart pain there is any tablets if there please tell thanking you
