Do's and don'ts in first trimester
Recently I found that I am pregnant and in few days I was suppose to go to chennai by air and in next month I had to travel overnight by train and return back so as to attend a marriage. I am still confused is it advisable to travel? My beta hcg from blood is 716 what does it mean? I am a vegetarian please suggest the diet to be followed or anything to avoid. Its prima so very curious. Pl. Suggest what should be done.
