I suspect having an undiagnosed learning disorder (dyscalculia & ADHD). It runs in my family and I was wondering who the right professional I should approach? Should I visit a psychologist or a psychiatrist or someone else? And can this be diagnosed online? Thank you for taking your time out to reply.

You can visit either of psychiatrist or psychologist, however for treatment with medicines you ultimately have to see a psychiatrist, so it’s better to see psychiatrist initially, if required the doctor will refer to a psychologist for therapy and counselling.
It cannot be diagnosed online and for certificate you need to visit designated government hospitals
Next Steps
Look for doctors treating ADHD nearby, or visit Govt. medical college
