Hello, avoid doing all those things. Don’t put anything to baby’s eyes , just keep them clean.

No need to do anything like that.
Give her breast feed every 2 hourly with 30 minutes burping post feed.
Give vit d drops apart from breast milk.
Don't use cold water rather keep head, palm and soles covered to prevent baby from hypothermia( cold)

You can do bath with warm water not with cold water.
