Do I need Tetanus shot

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I got scratched by a piece of iron, any broken skin is not really visible except the scratch. Eight months ago also I gor scratched by a piece of iron whivh had caused a small wound so i had taken a shot of tetanus in a pharmacy. Do I need to get a shot again as I have been taking tetanus shots in pharmacy within a gap of six months since ladt two years.
