Do i need another medical certificate

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm having rashes and consulted the doctor last 9-27 that says i have chicken pox, but may mother says its not chicken pox. And made a second opinion last 9-28 to another doctor. Tha doctor said i dont have chicken pox but an allergy. I forgot that the first doctor gave me a medical certificate saying i need 14 days bedrest because i have chicken pox. And now im asking if i need a certificate to contradict the first given medical certificate to me? Thank you in advance for those who will answer my query.
