Do i need a psychologist or therapist?
Hey Team, I am facing a lot of issue. I have been very irritated these days, lost interest in most of my hobbies. Getting a alot of head rush and sweaty all the time. I am overthinking all the time.. just to not think, i am surrounding myself with alot of work  I am not sure if i need help, can you help me with where should i begin. Thank you

When you get a thought that you need help Its the right thing to do You don't really need to have a big disorder to initiate counseling It can be minor hassles stress and doubts too I'm here to listen. Reach out :)
