Do I have to increase protein in my diet
(On behalf of my wife). Her age is 31. During fully body checkup following results are found not up to the mark: Blood Urea Nitrogen: 4.66 (7-17) RDW: 10.5 (11.6-14) Vitamin D: 18.02 Vitamin B-12: 170 (211-911) Doctor guided her to take more protein to make Blood urea nitrogen up to the level. Is it because of the protein deficiency? Also, because we are vegetarian how she can increase her Vitamin D and B12 intake?
