Do I have tetanus?
I stepped on a nail around a week ago- I don't have lockjaw or muscle spasms, but I have got a bit of a headache, runny nose, and slight nausea. There is a little bit of pain in my jaw around my ears, more on one side than the other. Should I be worried?

These are not the symptoms of tetanus. You have got common cold.
