Do i have phimosis
Doctor im able to retract my foreskin but there is tight ring like formation around my glans when I do so , also when its erect its hard to retract it (but I'm able to do so ), can you please tell me if my condition us phimosis from the pic if yes can please tell me what stage it is in ? If you cannot retract you skin beyond glans then it is phimosis.
From pic it cannot be diagnosed.
