Do I have Distichiasis (double lashes)?
Today, my friend pointed out that I might have double row of eyelashes especially on my top eyelashes and said it was mutation! I took some photos of my eyes, but I am not sure. I thought everyone had several rows of eyelashes. Do I have Distichiasis?

For diagnosis, need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
But the treatment is needed when you have any symptoms of irritation.
Till that you can use some lubricant drops and soft contact lenses.
