Do I have cyst?
Please see attached lower abdomen USG report. Do I have cyst? It says "Bilateral ovarian stroma appears mildly increased with follicles of small size arranged at the periphery suggestive of? Polycystic ovaries"
Also does it mean my egg sizes are not matured enough?

Take Tablet Normoz twice a day for three months
Take Tablet Metital twice a day 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner for three months
Take Tablet Dronis 20 from day two of periods onwards for 3 weeks and then give a gap of seven days and then repeat for 4 cycles
Take PCOD diet
Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily
Take Methi seeds 1 spoon and soak up in water over night and take next morning
Take milk with turmeric at night
Take plenty of onions and garlic and tomatoes
Take fish and egg white
Avoid non-veg and egg yellow
Brisk walking three times a week for 30 minutes
