I have on and off diarrhoea after about 2-3 weeks.
Following are the reports attached. Is this celiac?
Also please note gluten as such does not cause me any issues.

IgA ttg is only test which if done in suspected celiac. Biopsy findings need to be confirmed from center who deals adequately with Celiac or malabsorption patients .
Other markers of malabsorption or any other symptoms need to be checked in

IgA TTG is positive which is an initial diagnostic test for Celiac, however your biopsy findings are not very typical. There are multiple causes for chronic diarrhea and it needs proper evaluation. Are other blood reports normal, I'm sure other reports to check for malabsorption have been done.
