DnC after MTP required or not
After 14 days of MTP, US results "Endometrium is thick and echogeneic measures 14 mm with tiny cystic areas within. On color doppler raised vascularity is seen s/o RPOC"
Bleeding is going on for three weeks now w/o any complication like fever,diarrhea, vomiting etc.
Should i wait for uterus to clear out itself or go for DnC

if your bleeding for more than 3 weeks it is preferable to get a dnc as excess bleeding will cause a drop in haemoglobin....if it had to clear out it usually does in 2 weeks .
