DNA fragmentation 26.2%
Hi. I have had recurrent miscarriages at 8 weeks (3 miscarriage in 5 years) before, all tests were normal. Last week he took the sperm DNA fragmentation test and it's  high. It is 26.2% . Can this be improved? Or should we try IVF? Please help. Doctor said below 15% is good

Its treat able depending upon etiology. Lije if varicocele is the cause Then depending upon its severity we can surgical my treat and revert the process. That works well. But if unknown etiology is There Then we try with meds but it gives partial relief. So final conclusion is many more questions need To be answered before asking I to straight away go for IVF. Follow ur andrologist
