Been very sick for a week I’m a little concerned there might be a more serious issues headache nausea dizziness

It can be due to High BP , Cervical spondylosis or sinusitis. If headache is bothersome check BP and do some basic investigations. For relief you can take paracetamol 650 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
