Dizziness when standing

Why i am feeling dizziness when i stand quickly after using mobile, it goes away in 2 to 3 seconds, it only comes when i use mobile for hours

Dizziness has several causes. Anxiety, positional vertigo, low BP low sugar levels, cervical spondylosis etc are some of the common causes. Depending on the cause the treatment will vary. There is no SINGLE treatment for dizziness. You need a detailed neurological evaluation to find the cause and get treated accordingly. Best regards.
