Dizziness when lying down
My Husband is having dizziness only when lying down since 3 days. No ear pain or anything that can be pointed out. No health issues like diabetes or hypertension. Just had some cholestrol issues which upon recent test showed normal. So could it be something to worry? Today he's having a severe headache since morning.

Hello vestibular pathologies and cerebellar dysfunction should be ruled out consult ent specialist and neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
