Dizziness can be due to many causes. Common are Lack of Sleep, Stress & Anxiety. Low Hemoglobin & Low Thyroid Harmones, Very High blood sugars can also produce Dizziness. Simple blood tests to check Hemoglobin, Sugar, Thyroid may be helpful. A Physician or a Neurologist will be able to Guide you.
