Dizziness,problems of vision and focus

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have spondilytis for a few months. I have been suggested exercises to relieve my back pain. What upsets me is the constant dizziness and vision problems that is happening due to this.May be it's uveitis or iritis. Please suggest me some treatment like eye drops to help me treat my vision problems. My age is 22.
