Hello doctor,
I m suffering from dizziness from very long period bt i didnt take care of that those days . Bt from 6mnths it become severe and from 1 mnth it became severe and cant even stand properly sometimes while in sitting position also i feel dizziness i thought it may be due to low bp and monitored hm it shows 90-105 /75-85. May i know wat vil be the problem
