Hi there,
I'm currently using 15 inch screen size laptop and recently started using a desktop which has 24 inch monitor for a month. I'm using laptop in a day and my other 24 inch pc at night. Recently I'm feeling very dizzy and maybe vertigo as well. Is is due to the fact that I'm switching monitors on daily basis? 15 to 24 inch- 24 to 15 inch?

Hi ..
It is due to excessive computer work, screen time .
Also maintain healthy eating and sleeping habits, that will also contribute to dizziness .
Presuming you dont have glass number ..follow all instruction about computer vision syndrome .
If all this doesnt help..rule out middle ear infection and vertigo

Hello Sir..it's definitely not due to switching of monitors..it can be because of what we call Computer Vision Syndrome.
Few instructions:
1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away.
2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times.
3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day
4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours
5. Do not rub the eye
6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles
7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
8. Start with Eyedrops Refresh Liquigel 1 drop 4 times a day for both eyes.
9. Do neck exercises
10. Follow proper Ergonomics while working
