HELLO,   MAY BE DUE TO WEAKNESS, N HYPOGLYCEMIA I.E LOW SUGAR LEVELS. TAKE SUGAR N SALT EVERY TWO OR THREE HOURS. SO WEAKNESS DECREASE N THESE FAINTING SPELLS. OTHERWISE ADVISED   HOSPITALIZATION FOR I.V FLUIDS. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
