Dizziness and uneasiness
I am experiencing headache since 5 months along with confusion and dizziness .hot air comes from my ears and i feel uneasy. I think it is vertigo as most of the symptoms do match.please help me with some medications and precautions.

I think it is post menopausal symptoms.
If they are beyond ur tolerance then consult homoeopathic physician for medicinal treatment.
Also take proper nutritious food,proper fruits and vegetables,exercise regularly,multivitamin and protein supplement is best for you.Less sleep,too much watching tv is not good option for you.
