I am having dizzy spells I feel I have ear infections. Have been recovering from a cold and before Christmas was suffering from dehydration as diagnosed by a pharmacist.

You need to visit the nearest ENT Surgeon at the earliest for a proper opinion. A pharmacist cannot diagnose a complex ear infection associated with dizziness. Suggest that you not self medicate.
