Post CABG surgery iS she regularly taking medicine ? is her BP under control or few questions I need to ask? If she is experiencing any low blood pressure you need evaluation with local doctor. Giddiness or dizziness can be due to multiple reasons like fatigue, loss of appetite, reduced coronary blood supply or ischaemia. It is important to rule out a neurological complications post CABG so kindly CONSULT with local physician. For chest pain after surgery could be due to local causes like external sutures or musculoskeletal pain. ECG is required to rule out Cardiac cause.
