Dizziness after 2nd dose of Covid vaccin
My father has taken covid shield 2nd dose nearly about 1.5 week back...after this dose for 2 days he was headache on 4 day we checked  his BP his BP was 220/110 we hospitalized him....doctor carried out CT scan of head and neck it was OK  ..he started medication for BP my father BP now is 140/72... but from day one of second dose he is feeling dizziness difficulty in walking 🚶‍♀️and standing ..he is just lying on the bed...he is feeling dizziness and unbalanced while. walking...please help what to do...

The reports you attached show the presence of urine infection. Did he have a problem of high blood pressure to begin with or all of this started just after the vaccine? In any case, rapid lowering of blood pressure can cause those symptoms and I'd recommend a formal evaluation and close follow up.
