Diziness , faint like feeling. Normal!

I was diagnosed with bppv / vestibular neuritis post asymptomatic covid I had pnomonea in march and asymptomatic covid in april end . On 12th may had severe vertigo later recovered through bppv exercises but had heavy legs . In june bppv as positive started exercises ... slow and steady was recovering with occasional light body at night time . On july 10 again had having sudden high bp and pulse controlled by metropolol 12.5 , on 13th again had a episode of high bp / pulse felt like fainting , metropolol controlled it . Since 17th had frequent episode after food so taking metropolol 12.5 regularly. However diziness has increased on eye moment and noise in ear increased with slight blurry vision and stomach bloating . Feel like moving and dizzy . Taking metropolol only as of now episode happen but bp and pulse stay under limit . Holter , ecg in april , brain mri in may , ecg in june and other all blood test normal
