Diverticulitis
Hello Doctor, I have diverticulitis and im only 19 years old. I have been admitted to the hospital once due to the inflammation. However, it has been a few weeks I have been discharged. I got a few questions though. 1. Is it okay to poop once a day? 2. I eat alot of vegetables and some of them have seeds, is it okay? 3. Should I eat 30g of fiber per day? (Currently 10-15 per day) Thanks for helping me.
