Hi, I work for an IT organization for about 10 hours everyday. Then I go home, have dinner, watch TV / browse net and finally I go to sleep. But I get some horrible disturbing dreams that wake me up within 4 hrs of sleep. Then I can't focus on my work the next day. Kindly suggest some solutions or best practices to avoid such dreams.
