Distal radial fracture in hand wrist...
After 6 months of distal radial fracture I still feel pain sometimes and stiffness range of motion is still 90 % ... And still have swelling on my wrist ... I did physiotherapy (self) .. Doctor what should I do to come over remaining problems like pain stiffness and swelling? Please guide me I attached X- Ray ... Please see

Pain stiffness sometimes continue even after union of bones. Continue with exercises. Don’t stop them. Take 3 doses of Arnica 1M for one day only.
