Disrupted labrum at gleno-humoral joint
8 months ago, i was playing football and i was running too fast and i slipped to catch the ball then my olecranon knock against the ground and pulled back due to the fast slip so if felt the pain in my shoulder, i took mobic and i did physiotherapy for more than month and there is no improvement , then i did MRI and the result is evidence of disrupted labrum at gleno-humoral joint with no joint effusion , my doctor told me to continue physiotherapy to gain muscle strength and it didn't work,
